Grateful for Walking to Wellness, Prime Time for Women’s Weekly Walking Program

I recently read an article in the April/May issue of AARP about the benefits of social support as we grow older.  It made me think about all I have gained from Prime Time for Women and Walking to Wellness.  I really enjoy how I feel after walking, but the biggest benefits are the friendships I have made.   I started PTFW for exercise, but I continue for the friendships…they are priceless!
