I am thrilled to announce that on March 6, 2026, PTFW will host its 3^rd Annual International Women’s Day Conference in partnership with Hagerstown Community College. In keeping with the global organization, the theme for this year’s conference is Give to Gain.  Give to Gain is not just a conference; it’s a beacon of empowerment and connection, in line with our mission to nurture an empowered and inspired community of women, and we invite you to join us for this incredible day of connections, growth, sharing and celebrating the transformative power of women!

Since 1911, International Women’s Day (IWD) has served as a global celebration of women’s achievements and a call to action for gender equality. In 2024, in partnership with Hagerstown Community College, Prime Time for Women hosted Washington County’s first annual International Women’s Day Conference. The event sold out and was a resounding success, laying the foundation for even greater impact in the years to come.

Our upcoming 2026 International Women’s Day Conference will be our most ambitious yet. Embracing the international campaign theme “Give to Gain,” our conference will celebrate the diversity of our community while emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and the transformative power of generosity. Through inspiring stories and opportunities to connect and reflect, this conference will encourage, uplift and empower girls and women to identify and give of their talents that the community might gain new leaders!

This full-day event will feature keynote speakers and workshop leaders known for generously sharing their experience, building networks for the common good, and modeling the power of reciprocity over transactional interactions. Their words and wisdom will spark, meaningful dialogue and inspire participants to take tangible steps to strengthen our community.
