Embracing Change Leads to Greater Satisfaction

Branding expert, PTFW Board Member, entrepreneur, wife and mother, Orsolya (Orsi) Herbein has much to offer and so much wisdom to share!  And I don’t just mean as a businesswoman either!

Naturally, as the owner of the incredibly successful marketing company, Brand3 Inc, Orsi has the talent and gifts to help others turn their dreams, ideas and visions into businesses that thrive.  But her leadership style and core values which include creativity, clarity, collaboration and authenticity can influence and inspire every woman of any age in every aspect of life.

I’m guessing many readers of this newsletter had the privilege of hearing Orsi speak at Prime Time for Women’s Inspire Inclusion, the first-ever International Women’s Day Conference held in Washington County.  If so, I’m sure, like me, you were both entertained and motivated by her presentation. Recently, I was so moved by a LinkedIn post written by Orsi that I contacted her to ask if I could share excerpts from the article in our Prime Time for Women’s Newsletter.

For many women in their “prime” it may feel like time is speeding up, things are changing too quickly, and technology is leaving us behind. But in the article below, (with a few ideas of my own) Orsi shares tips for coping with these changes. If adopted, these tips can empower women in their prime to embrace change as an exciting adventure rather than dread it!

Tips from Orsi

Cultivate a thirst for knowledge: Embrace curiosity and foster a genuine desire to learn. Stay open-minded and actively seek out topics that interest you.

Diversify your sources: Expand your horizons by exploring various sources of information. Dive into books, reputable publications, online platforms, and podcasts. Gain different perspectives to form a broader understanding and a sense of compassion for others with differing views.

Follow thought leaders and experts: Identify influential individuals that inspire you and follow their insights. Engage with their content, absorb their wisdom, and initiate meaningful conversation with friends on topics that excite you.

Engage in continuous learning: Embrace a lifelong learning mindset. Seek opportunities to develop new skills, share them with others and consider volunteering in your community.

Network with like-minded individuals: Connect with others who share your passion and enthusiasm. Engage in meaningful discussions, exchange ideas, and learn from the experiences of others.

Leverage social media wisely: Use social media in ways that are uplifting rather than distressing. Be selective with the accounts you follow, focusing on those that provide value.

Set aside dedicated time: Create a routine that allows you to absorb and process new information effectively.

Remember, staying informed isn’t just about acquiring knowledge; it’s about applying that knowledge.  If you are looking for fun ways and places to implement these tips, check out Prime Time for Women’s ongoing programs and events!
