Gwenn Leatherman, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a distinguished healthcare professional, advocate, and educator committed to advancing community health. As the proud owner of Leatherman Healthcare, LLC, and H&G Elite Wellness, LLC, she has emerged as a trailblazer in holistic healthcare.

Gwenn commenced her healthcare journey by graduating as a Registered Nurse (RN) from Frederick Community College in 2009. Demonstrating her dedication to continuous improvement, she pursued a Master of Science degree specializing in Family Practice at Shenandoah University, graduating in 2016.

In 2020, Gwenn reached a significant milestone in her career, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Shenandoah University. Currently serving as an adjunct professor at the same university, she passionately imparts her extensive knowledge to the next generation of healthcare professionals.

In July of 2022, Gwenn further realized her commitment to community-centric healthcare by opening her adult primary care practice at the South Pointe shopping center under Leatherman Healthcare, LLC.

In May of 2023, Gwenn expanded her vision by opening H&G Elite Wellness, LLC, a weight loss and hormone replacement clinic. This venture reflects her commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centric care, with a focus on overall well-being.

Beyond her clinical practices, Gwenn is an advocate for community health, actively engaging in various wellness initiatives and contributing to positive changes in healthcare landscapes.
