Tina Fraley is the owner of The Power House Studios, author of Broken Road to Badass, a speaker, a certified personal trainer and a masters level community counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. As the Founder of FitMinded Living LLC (www.thepowerhousestudios.com), she has developed a proven approach to teaching the tools that have helped thousands of men and women build a practice of sustainable wellbeing.
As a mom of seven, a domestic abuse survivor, and someone that has lost over 150 pounds, Tina embarked on her own transformational journey that taught her the fundamentals of building a roadmap to long term success by bridging the gap between the physical and emotional challenges.
In 2019, Tina developed Your Power House Online, a Virtual Boutique Gym and Well-Being Studio that offers immediate tools of transformation straight into the homes of members with a team of certified trainers to guide them through the programs, workshops, meet-ups, private group trainings, and health-bet challenges. Power House Studios is now a brick and mortar offering hybrid-health and well-being. The online community resource symbiotically supports the in-person delivery of monthly digital toolkits, hybrid class options, and hybrid personal training sessions – to encourage and empower the walk of well-being through all aspects of health. It is personal training for the mind, body, and life of every body. She also became a founding member of the High Achievers Mastermind, a support group established to conquer the teachings of the High Performance Academy, a coaching platform made famous by Brendon Burchard.
During the beginning of 2023, Tina partnered with Leatherman Healthcare to develop and offer a groundbreaking program of holistic health counseling that incorporates the science of modern-day medicine from a nurse practitioner and the tools of therapeutic self-care practices with certified personal trainers and counseling staff.
Tina is very involved in her local community in Hagerstown, Maryland where she is a member of Soroptimist International, a graduate of Leadership Washington County Class 34, served on the board of the Washington County Women’s Commission, Rise Up Hagerstown, and most recently is serving on the boards of Prime Time for Women and Girls on The Run. In 2023, Tina founded FitMinded Living Inc, a non-profit organization that equips, educates, and empowers individuals and families with easier access to well-being practices. FML INC connects survivors of trauma, marginalized communities, and in-need populations to providers of healing practices that support the growth mindset with tools to strengthen mindfulness and self-regulation.
Tina is the creator of the Women’s Growth Summit, an online conference that connects thriving women and curates their life-learned tools and resources for transformation in a day-long event that celebrates and empowers empowered women.
When Tina is not in the studio training or cultivating connection within her community, you will find her hiking, watching a sunrise, or writing out the next blueprint for a project on a napkin during coffee.
