Prime Time for Women (PTFW), in partnership with Hagerstown Community College, is hosting the 3rd Annual International Women’s Day Conference in Washington County, Maryland! This event is not just a conference; it’s a beacon of empowerment and inspiration that will connect women from diverse backgrounds and across generations with the goal of building stronger and healthier communities.

Sonia Marie Johnson is strategic busines consultant, author and transformational speaker specializing in resilience, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth building. She has a proven ability to translate personal adversity into actionable frameworks that serve women from diverse backgrounds. In her Keynote Address, “Give to Gain: Building Orchard That Feed Generations”, Sonia Marie will demonstrate her powerful storytelling abilities. Get ready to be inspired…and be prepared to take action!

Tina Fraley is the owner of The Power House Studios, author of Broken Road to Badass, speaker, certified personal trainer and a masters level community counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She is also a cancer survivor, one who felt the fear but whose faith, resiliency and commitment to living in the moment continues to inspire many! In her Keynote Address, Tina, through powerful storytelling, will illustrate how letting go of isolation allows women to gain confidence, momentum, and renewed purpose—personally and professionally.

This year’s conference returns for a powerful one-day experience designed to inspire connection, growth, and meaningful action. Held in celebration of International Women’s Day, Give to Gain invites women to explore how generosity—of time, knowledge, support, and opportunity—creates stronger individuals, communities, and futures.
The conference will feature dynamic speakers and panelists from a wide range of fields, including finance, law, business, healthcare, nonprofits, and the arts. Together, they will spark conversation around the barriers women face today and how collective action can create lasting change.
With opportunities to network, learn, engage in thoughtful discussion, and walk away with practical tools, attendees will leave feeling energized, empowered, and ready to move forward with purpose.
Join us for a day of insight, connection, and momentum—because when women give to one another, we all gain.
