JoAnne Papa is a Hagerstown native who graduated from Saint Maria Goretti High School. She attended Frostburg University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in social work.

For the past 36 years, JoAnne has been employed at Citibank working in fraud investigations. When not working, JoAnne enjoys time with her family and playing golf. Over the past 20 years, she has supported numerous nonprofit organizations in Washington County, serving as a board member, volunteering and coordinating more than 20 charitable golf tournaments.

JoAnne says, “I’m excited to join the Prime Time for Women Board of Directors! I love its mission to improve the health of women in their prime by intentionally connecting and celebrating women from diverse backgrounds. PTFW’s mission, programs and events energize my life!”
