Cathy Cotleur, in word and deed, is a strong advocate for women. Through her employment and grassroots volunteer efforts, she has filled positions that have enabled her to be seen and heard. She was the Assistant to the Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives and a two-time Delegate to the Democratic National Convention.   After obtaining a Master of Science in Management and a PhD in Marketing from George Washington University, she took a position at Frostburg State University, where she was a professor of Marketing for 33 years.

Since its inception, Cathy has been one of Prime Time for Women’s biggest supporters.  She truly believes that when women come together, they are stronger, happier and healthier.
