Tina Fraley

Tina Fraley is the owner of Power House Studio, a nutrition coach, certified personal trainer and a masters level community counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. As the Founder of her own business, FitMinded Living (www.fitmindedliving.com), she has developed a proven approach to teaching the tools for easier life integration and has helped thousands of men and women build a healthier, healing, and happy life.

As a mom of seven, a domestic abuse survivor, and someone that has lost over 150 pounds, Tina has embarked on her own transformational journey that taught her the fundamentals of building a roadmap to long term success by bridging the gap between the physical and emotional challenges.

In 2019, Tina developed Your Power House Online, a Virtual Boutique Gym and Well Being Studio that offered immediate tools of transformation straight into the homes of members and a team of certified trainers to guide them through the programs, workshops, meet-ups, private group trainings, and health-bet challenges.  Power House Studios is now a brick and mortar offering hybrid-health and well-being. The online community resource symbiotically supports the in-person delivery of monthly digital toolkits, hybrid class options, and hybrid personal training sessions – to encourage and empower the walk of well-being through all aspects of health. It is personal training for the mind, body, and life of every body.  She also became a founding member of the High Achievers Mastermind, a support group established to conquer the teachings of the High Performance Academy, a coaching platform made famous by Brendon Burchard.

Tina is very involved in her local community in Hagerstown, Maryland where she is a graduate of Leadership Washington County Class 34, she served on the board of the Washington County Women’s Commission as the President and is the Vice President on the board of directors at Rise Up Hagerstown, a non-profit organization that educates and trains individuals trying to re-enter the workforce after trauma, substance abuse, and/or prison release. She is also an educator at Hagerstown Community College, teaching her six-week course on FitMinded Living, and is a regular contributor to Sass Magazine. Tina is the creator of the Women’s Growth Summit, an annual conference that connects thriving women and curates their life-learned tools and resources for transformation in a day-long event that celebrates and empowers empowered women.
