As a Self-Proclaimed “Super Communicator” Kelsi has had many different roles professionally – working in advertising, marketing, sales, & management (to name a few). After losing 2 positions in a matter of 5 years due to acquisitions & company restructuring, her company Kite & Anchor was established in September, 2018. The goal? To assist local businesses and nonprofits in navigating growth of all kinds, difficult decisions & transitions of employment through coaching.

When she isn’t working, Kelsi takes every opportunity possible to be outside. Choosing to Hike mountain trails & Bike the C&O Canal – play and coach softball & soccer, ride motorcycles with her husband Aaron (USMC OIF Veteran & Business Owner) AND spend time going on adventures with their niece and nephew.
