In January of 2023, Shawn Horton was unanimously voted in as a board member of It’s a Blessing to Be a Blessing (IAB) in Hagerstown, MD, a grassroots organization whose mission is: “Inspiring our community to be a blessing by helping others.” After serving as the Volunteer Chair for more than a year, Shawn was voted to be the IAB Board Treasurer, a position that allows her to use all of her incredible business skills.  In addition to her volunteer work at IAB, Shawn works as a Contracting Officer/Lead Contract Specialist for the Health Resources and Services Administration in the Division of Population Services and owns her own company, SRH Notarial Signing Group, LLC.
