Rachel Kramer is a conservationist with a passion for positive change. As the Executive Director of Conservation through Poverty Alleviation International (CPALI), a US-based 501(c)3 non-profit, she works across cultures to enhance biodiversity, improve the economic lives of women  and accelerate local innovations with the potential for transformative change. At this year’s IWD Conference Rachel will tell the story of two sister organizations, one in the United States and one in Madagascar, that work together to bring beauty into a complex world through conservation and social enterprise.
