Tammy J. Cohen is a messenger, connector, author, speaker, and branding strategist whose work centers on human connection in an increasingly AI and technology-driven world. Throughout her career, she has consistently built bridges between people, ideas, and opportunities; helping individuals and organizations communicate with clarity, purpose, and authenticity. Driven by her passion for connection and community, Tammy founded Women Beyond the Table (2020–2025), a vibrant virtual network, which developed into “Women Beyond the Table Podcast.” Tammy is also an award-winning author of “Text Messages to My Sons: Connecting Deeply in a World of Devices” (2023). This book quickly gained recognition as a practical and impactful resource for parents navigating communication in the digital age which led to a recently published expanded follow- up edition. Tammy lives in Manhattan with her husband and three sons. Together, she and her husband co-own Eighteen Restaurant, a beloved Upper East Side destination where community, conversation, and warm hospitality are always on the menu.
