Kathy Powderly, the Executive Director of the Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) for more than 12 years, loves working with people. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Towson University and an ACE Master Trainer Certification. She is married to Kyle Powderly and together they are proud parents of two cats, Irazu and Fiona. In her presentation, “Joy and Gratitude in Service to Refugees” Kathy will share highlights of her experience leading the Refugee Welcome Network in Washington County.
