Shadae Paul is an advocate for equitable health care for women and children. Shadae has worked, conducted research, and volunteered across five continents in her fifteen year career in global health. As an intersectional researcher and practitioner, Shadae has authored numerous academic publications related to maternal health, child health, adolescent health, reproductive health, and health care policy.

Currently, Shadae is a Program Manager at the Maryland Health Care Commission and is the Vice President of the Washington County Commission for Women. Shadae holds a Masters in Public Health and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Washington. She also holds a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.
